The Science of Staying Young: The BeneVia®
Advantage
New Edition of Revolutionary Book Offers Simple 10-Step Plan To Stay Young
With BeneVia® Adult Nutrition Drinks
NEW YORK CITY – [October 16, 2009]– Nutrition and physical activity
play key roles in staying young, keeping healthy and enjoying life. That’s the message
of the newly released The Science of Staying Young: The BeneVia®
Advantage by John E. Morley, M.D. and Sheri R. Colberg, Ph.D, from HealthSpan
Solutions, LLC.
The Science of Staying Young: The BeneVia® Advantage reveals
the key factors for looking and feeling young – fish, alcohol, proteins (especially
leucine), and exercise.

The book is available exclusively at www.gobenevia.com
and through BeneVia® promotions.
The new version of the original The Science of Staying Young also incorporates
information about the importance of key nutrients in staying young. As co-author
of the book Dr. John Morley felt strongly that getting the right blend of nutrients
– especially the key nutrient and protein blends in BeneVia® adult nutrition
drinks – keeps consumers young by addressing the health conditions that most
frequently arise, such as strength, energy, cardiovascular health and memory function
“BeneVia® is a nutrition product whose time has come,” said Morley. “I have
long been an advocate for nutrition as a way to combat the conditions associated
with aging. Until now, there hasn’t been a product that brings the benefits of convenience,
great taste and optimal nutrition in one package.”
|
Combining Morley’s research on aging, nutrition, memory, and disease management
with Dr. Sheri Colberg’s expertise in exercise science and sports nutrition, this
comprehensive guide breaks everything down into ten simple steps for maintaining
an optimal quality of life and preventing the unwanted side effects of getting older
– such as weight gain, excessive weight or muscle loss, mental decline, deteriorating
sex drive, osteoporosis, and more.
“We’re thrilled that Drs. Morley and Colberg are joining BeneVia® to help Americans
stay healthy, active and young,” said HealthSpan CEO John Troup. “Together, BeneVia®,
exercise and the guidance of The Science of Staying Young give older adults
the nutrients, information and motivation they need.”
